Safari Pet Cafe in the SK Heights neighborhood of Bankers, Society, Lahore, is a distinct kind of cafe experience where the usual buzz of caffeine and conversation mingles with the quiet companionship of cats. Here, the cafe takes on a double role: a casual spot to grab a meal or drink, and a small, lively sanctuary for feline lovers.

The atmosphere leans into this unique combination of dining and pet interaction, creating a laid-back vibe where visitors often come more to unwind with the cats than to focus solely on the food. The interior feels thoughtfully arranged to balance cozy dining spaces with comfortable nooks for cat interaction, providing a sense of playful calm that contrasts with the usual city pace nearby.

Food-wise, the cafe offers familiar casual fare that fits the easygoing environment. While some visitors find the dishes decent but not standout, favorites like the Cheeto burger and the pinacolada drink have drawn particular appreciation, suggesting the menu pairs well with a light, social outing rather than a full gourmet experience. The management’s openness to feedback on the food also reflects a customer-focused approach.

Safari Pet Cafe's appeal is strongest among local young adults, families, and anyone with a fondness for animals who want a relaxed, low-pressure place to hang out. The most rewarding times to visit appear to be during the day when natural light helps the cats wander comfortably and guests settle in with coffee or a casual meal. For those seeking a spot that blends a social cafe scene with the opportunity to spend time with friendly and well-managed cats, this is an accessible and charming choice in this part of Lahore.

This cafe does not merely serve a meal; it serves a memory, crafting moments where the soul's yearning for connection is fulfilled. To be amidst this merry menagerie is to return to the innocence of Eden, where all beings speak the language of gentle affection. Thus, with a heart brimming with contentment, one is compelled to bestow upon this establishment a constellation of five stars, each a beacon of gratitude for the peace and pleasure found within its walls.

The controversy stirred up after the resignation of Aitchison’s College principal is making the power circles uncomfortable. The exploits of power and the desire to have its own way, set separate rules, and earn undue perks, are very well demonstrated by the Pakistani political elite as well. But it is bothersome when this hits the education sector. Schools, colleges, and universities are for knowledge and learning, not politics. Echoing in the Punjab Assembly, the interference of the Governor in a matter of fee waiver on behalf of Federal Minister Ahad Cheema, the controversy is bringing nothing but further embarrassment to the Punjab Government. Already entitled to many bounties, trying to bend the rules further makes politicians difficult to defend. In this case, it involves the head of a reputable institution receiving the irk of two people in power. Educational institutes must hold merit. This sets them apart from all other institutions where merit is frequently violated and interventions are made. However, with interference such as this, the colleges and universities cannot be blamed. The power elite is to take the blame. It is no coincidence that many Vice Chancellor positions in universities across Punjab are lying vacant. The cracking politics in the higher education sector make it unreasonable for any well-reputed academic to stay in the seat and hold the position. Overall a great experience. The employees were friendly, and the cats were very polite and cute. The store was generally well set and was cute. The food was decent but nothing special, though, most people would come more for the cats than the food.

They have the cutest cats and good food. I am in love their Cheetos burger. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. They have a very good ambience. It's hard to find a ride back home from this area but the staff helped me. The food was served sizzling hot. You'll get addicted to the pretty pets. I recommend them. They have a pet hospital right next to them. You can also bring your own pets here. Overall an amazing experience.
